Description from the Workshop

Mirnaya Zatoka sits near Sakhalin Oblast in the Pacific, officially classified as an uninhabited research island during the late Soviet era. Shielded by harsh seas, unpredictable fog banks, and electromagnetic anomalies, it was deliberately kept off civilian shipping lanes and later scrubbed from most public maps.
