Terms of service

armadb.info is a public database of Arma Reforger servers and mods operated by ArmaDB. Reading it needs no account. An account adds an API key, server claims, favorites, tickets and self-served advertising. These terms cover the site and the account; the API has its own terms of use which apply in addition.

• You must be at least 14 years old.
• One account per person, with an email address you actually use. Disposable addresses are not accepted.
• You are responsible for what happens under your credentials. Keep them private and enable two-factor authentication if you can.
• You can delete the account at any time from your settings.

Do not: copy the site or the dataset in bulk, mirror it or scrape it; work around rate limits or blocks with extra accounts, rotating addresses or automated sign-ups; use tickets, descriptions or ads for spam, abuse or anything unlawful; attempt to access other people's accounts or data; use the site to identify, correlate or track individual players.

You may claim a server only if you run it. A claim is verified before it takes effect. The description you write is yours, is reviewed before it is shown and must not contain unlawful, misleading or offensive content. We can revoke a claim or remove a description at any time.

• Campaigns are created from your account and reviewed before going live. We can reject, pause or end any campaign, in particular for unlawful, misleading or inappropriate content, or content that does not fit the site.
• Placements are offered in exchange for a voluntary contribution that supports the running and improvement of the site. The amount is a weekly rate in proportion to the days you choose (at least seven), shown before you submit; no invoice is issued. A campaign goes live only once its contribution is received, and a campaign removed for breaching these terms is not refunded.
• Impressions and clicks are counted by us, as described in the privacy policy. Those are the figures on your report.

The facts in the database (what a server is called, how many people are on it) belong to no one. The database as a collection, its history and the derived data are ours. You may cite it with attribution and a link; you may not redistribute it in bulk or use a substantial part of it to build a competing service. Hosting country data comes from DB-IP under CC BY 4.0.

The site is provided as is. Data comes from third-party systems and can be incomplete, delayed or wrong. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy or fitness for any purpose, and features, limits and endpoints can change or be withdrawn without notice.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site, the API or the data, including loss caused by inaccurate data, downtime or changes to the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects the rights you have as a consumer.

We can suspend or close an account, revoke keys and remove content if these terms are broken or to protect the service, with or without notice depending on the severity. You can close your account at any time.

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when. Continuing to use the account after a change means you accept the new terms; if you do not, delete the account.

These terms are governed by the law of Italy. Disputes go to the courts of Italy, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Questions about these terms: [email protected].
