    Overlap fix, build 2026-10-09.2. Terminate each speaker's previous line before selecting a replacement. Nearby speakers within a 600 m emitter overlap zone may relay the same synchronized recording, but cannot start competing lines simultaneously. Distant settlements remain independent. Original fallback programmes have lower priority than owned-settlement announcements. Urgent warnings/outcomes can preempt ordinary lines; suppressed slots are consumed rather than retried. Log recording, faction, settlement, listener distance, offset, duration, handle, emitter position and suppression/preemption decisions. Log natural completion, replacement, native-policy/audibility/job-end cancellations, deletion, expired requests and checkpoint starts. The exact speakers involved in the reported encounter could not be identified from build 1 logs. Native regression tests reproduce and prevent the overlapping Czech/Soviet start; live campaign testing is still required.
