Description from the Workshop

Guerrilla Militia adds an irregular fighting force to Arma Reforger, combining randomized civilian clothing with weapons drawn from FIA, Soviet, and US arsenals. Each fighter receives an independently randomized weapon, making every group a different mix of equipment and capabilities. Features 52 weapon choices and variants, including rifles, pistols, sniper rifles, machine guns, and launchers. Weapon selection weighted toward FIA equipment (50%), followed by USSR (30%) and USA (20%). A 10% chance to receive an additional disposable launcher, provided a suitable weapon slot is available. Up to three compatible spare magazines, belts, or rockets, depending on inventory space. Matching grenade ammunition for M203- and GP-25-equipped rifles. Random fragmentation grenades, smoke grenades, and flares when space allows. 2-person pairs, 4-person fireteams, 8-person squads, and 12-person squads. Game Master entries under the Guerrilla name, with FIA affiliation. An Unpredictable Fighting Force Group composition is randomized rather than role-balanced. Some fighters may carry little spare ammunition, while others bring machine guns, scoped rifles, or anti-tank weapons. Equipment is limited by the storage available in their civilian clothing—there are no guaranteed specialist roles.
