Arsenal-Inspect UI 2x1 to 1x1

Patch that makes the RIS EXPS3+G33 combo, the WCS Trijicon ACOG TA31+AN/PVS-30 and the Leapers UTG 360 bipod take ONE inventory slot instead of TWO, so arsenal and weapon inspect rows scroll normally.
