    - Humvee acceleration and hillclimb adjusted, irl acceleration 15-20s to 100kmh achieved, 33 degree hillclimb now less speedy

Description from the Workshop

What was done: Adjusting hillclimb capability to military standarts up to 30-35 degrees as well as slightly tweaking some unrealistic choices like Humvees of A0 series having 4 gear transmission instead of 3 as they should have. Further tweaking and fixing will be made after feedback and public testing.
