Description from the Workshop

All Items To Arsenal unlocks everything, everywhere. Every weapon, every piece of clothing, and every gear item — from every faction AND every other mod you have loaded — is added to every faction's arsenal. Want Soviet gear in a US arsenal? Western rifles for the FIA? Modded kit on any side? Done, regardless of whether the loadout "makes sense." FEATURES Cross-faction unlock: all factions get the full combined item pool. Mod-aware: automatically picks up items from any other loaded mod — no patch needed per mod. Pure script, zero config editing: it merges faction item catalogs at runtime, so it won't break when other mods change factions. Items both display AND spawn correctly (the prefab lookup is kept in sync). Works in Conflict, Game Master, and any game mode that uses arsenals. Server-authoritative and multiplayer-safe. HOW IT WORKS On game start the mod gathers every entry from each faction's ITEM catalog, builds one de-duplicated list, and injects it back into every faction. Arsenals read their list live from the faction catalog, so everything shows up. NOTES A specific arsenal only shows the item types it is set to support (e.g. a weapons-only crate won't show clothing) — that's vanilla arsenal behaviour. Cross-faction items refund at the standard "different faction" supply rate. No dependencies beyond the base game. Load it, open an arsenal, take whatever you want.
