Description from the Workshop

AI Mortar Fire Support System Transform your battlefield with fully autonomous indirect fire support. This mod adds a specialized mortar system that allows AI to engage targets without direct line of sight, relying on intelligence from friendly units. How to Use (Step-by-Step) Spawn the Mortar: Open the Game Master (or Editor), go to the USSR Faction, look under the Vehicles category, and spawn the entity named "Auto Mortar". Manning the Gun: Spawn an AI soldier and order them to Get In the mortar. Logistics (Important!): Place a Universal Arsenal (or a pile of mortar shells) close to the mortar. The AI gunner needs a nearby ammo source to reload between fire missions. Combat: You don't need to give fire orders! If ANY friendly unit on the map spots an enemy within radio range, the mortar will automatically calculate the trajectory and begin firing. Features Networked Targeting: The mortar acts as a true support weapon. It does not need to see the enemy itself. If your recon squad sees a target 1km away, the mortar will engage it. Target Prioritization: The AI automatically selects the best target based on distance and visual confirmation, prioritizing active threats over old contacts. Realistic Dispersion: Simulates natural inaccuracy. Shells cover an area rather than hitting a single pixel, making it effective against squads. Optimized Performance: Designed to be lightweight on the server, even with multiple batteries firing at once. Subscribe and have fun!
