Description from the Workshop

Adds the M4s from RHS with the hydra mount and laser mounted correctly on them. -The incompatible parts int he bacon editor are the rifle pieces for construction so I cant remove those. Updated License to APL-ND as per RHS dependency requirements Thank you RHS! https://docs.rhsmods.org/rhs-status-quo-user-documentation/arma-reforger/rhs-status-quo/eula requires the Swag optic pack and my Laser light show.
