It downloads automatically as a dependency of Takistan Life Reforged. == CONTAINS == - Restraints: Takistan Police officers can restrain any player who has no weapon in hand, or who is unconscious - Restrained players can't move, use weapons, open their inventory or use doors, vehicles and other objects.
