Description from the Workshop

SIG SAUER KILO5K RANGEFINDER A tactical rangefinder for Arma Reforger: observe, measure and place a point on the native map directly from the optic. An unofficial community mod for all players. OBSERVATION AND MEASUREMENT Circular optic with 17 magnification steps from x1 to x100 and a clear green display. Read target distance and elevation in whole metres. Player and target positions use the map grid format 000.000. An additional panel shows world East/North coordinates in metres, horizontal distance and bearing; these are game-world coordinates, not real GPS latitude/longitude. NATIVE MAP MARKERS Place a native marker at the measured point. In-optic confirmation and a counter track your markers. Personal points tracked during the current session appear in the optic; aim at one to select and delete it. Markers retain owner identification and can be edited through the native map interface, including names, symbols and colours supported by the game. CONTROLS Equip “SIG SAUER KILO5K Rangefinder” and raise it to observe. Keyboard: R to measure; T to place a marker or delete the selected personal marker. Controller: tap RT to measure; hold RT for about 0.6 seconds to place/delete. Magnification uses the native scope zoom-in/zoom-out actions and your configured bindings. IN-GAME FIRING INFORMATION Displays wind speed and direction of origin, available weapon information and zeroing. Provides an estimated vertical correction from native ballistic tables when suitable data is available. This does not simulate wind drift and is not a complete firing solution. The estimate is unavailable outside the tables or on significant slopes. ARSENALS AND INSTALLATION Install the mod on the server and clients. The rangefinder is integrated into arsenals using the native system, with or without a faction, including explicit item lists. Base supply cost: 10. Fully custom arsenal interfaces from other mods may require an adaptation. Physical display racks are not added. Dependency:...
