Adds guarded rescue missions to Frontline's random pool, preferring towns and compounds. Free three varied civilians and escort them to a friendly spawn for +3 public support each; they despawn after ten seconds. Requires CPO Frontline, Civilian Escort and ACE Captives Dev. Admins can force-spawn via in-game chat: #frontline sidemission rescue spawn
