Description from the Workshop

Recruit and station fighters at your facilities. Garrison positions, surviving soldiers, identities and health are retained through campaign saves. Soldiers receive fresh standard equipment after reload or streaming. Requires Freedom Fighters Testing by Johnny Kerner. Start a new campaign; do not combine this addon with its release or DEV edition.
