Description from the Workshop

Build throughout military-base and factory areas, including their outer margins. Additional storage and workshops connect to their facility's logistics. Requires Freedom Fighters Testing by Johnny Kerner. Start a new campaign; do not combine this addon with its release or DEV edition.
