Adds 'Missile Launcher' (Tactical Flava BM-21 truck) to the Game Master vehicle list. Stand at the truck door, use 'Fire missile (choose on map)', click a point on the map and a missile hits it. 20 s reload. Requires Tactical Flava - BM-21.
