Meet Roxy "Heartbreaker" Valentine — a civilian entertainer with some serious dance moves, a sharp tongue, and a personality that can change when you least expect it. She might be the friendliest person at your base one minute and tell you to get lost the next. Roxy isn't just another NPC standing around waiting for orders. She has moods, preferences, reactions, and a mind of her own. And no, she doesn't dance on command! MEET ROXY — A GIRL WITH ATTITUDE Roxy has three possible moods: FRIENDLY — She's in a good mood, more willing to entertain you, and generally pleasant to be around. NEUTRAL — She's feeling indifferent. She might accept your request, or she might not. You'll have to find out! PISSED OFF — Something has clearly annoyed her. Expect rude remarks, rejection, and possibly a very familiar hand gesture. Her mood can change over time, and repeatedly bothering her may make things worse. Give her some space! If Roxy refuses to dance, you'll need to wait approximately 15 seconds before asking again. This is the request cooldown, not a guarantee that her mood has improved. If she's particularly annoyed, leaving her alone for a while gives her time to cool off. Being patient is usually better than pestering her! Even a friendly Roxy won't necessarily agree to everything. DANCE, ROXY, DANCE! When Roxy accepts your request, she'll put on a randomized performance featuring a variety of dance styles, from familiar moves to some rather unexpected surprises. Some dances are more common than others, and performances vary in length. You never quite know what she'll do next!
