FISHING adds a complete fishing life to Arma Reforger - from the first cast to a grilled fillet - plus three boats to work the water and sharks to make it dangerous. FISHING - Fishing rod carried on your back like a weapon; take it out, cast and wait for a bite - Bobber, line and real reeling - land the fish before it gets away - Four species: gilt-head bream, common carp, Atlantic salmon and Atlantic bluefin tuna, each with its own weight range - Where you fish matters: the kind of water and its depth change what bites - Fish schools break the surface out at sea - fish them for more bites and trophy-sized catches CLEANING AND COOKING - Cleaning table: lay a fish on the board and cut it into fillets (tuna into steaks) - Grill: cook fillets over the fire - take them off in time or they burn - Eat cooked fish straight from your inventory to heal TROPHIES - Trophy table: weigh in your catch - The three best anglers get their names engraved on the gold, silver and bronze trophies, saved on the server GEAR - Oilskin jacket and bib trousers, rubber boots, watch cap, rain hat and the FishPro Elite 46L backpack - Available in US, USSR and civilian arsenals BOATS - Rowboat: row it yourself with the oars - Fishing vessel with a diesel engine and exhaust smoke - 26 m trawler: helm with GPS, fish finder and radar displays, navigation and deck lights and a searchlight on the switch panel, a gear locker that restocks itself, a cleaning table and grill aboard, cabins and a boarding ladder - Boats can be shot and damaged - a holed hull leaks, breaks apart and sinks SHARKS - Sharks appear offshore around players in the water and in boats - with their own theme music - They bite swimmers and ram and bite boats until the hull gives way - Shoot them, knife them or blow them up - a dead shark floats belly-up before it sinks GAME MASTER - Trawler, rowboat, grill, cleaning table and trophy table are under Content > Modded, with preview pictures
