Description from the Workshop

Clear internal crew communications and two shared vehicle radios, automatically available when you board. Inspired by the AN/VIC-3 FFCS / MCS, Congos Crew Comms keeps your crew connected inside the vehicle while providing separate radios for external communications. CREW INTERCOM Use “Crew Comms” on the voice wheel to talk clearly with everyone in your vehicle. - Clear internal voice in first or third person. - Every occupant can talk and listen, regardless of seat. - Each vehicle has its own intercom channel, keeping nearby crews separate. TWO SHARED VEHICLE RADIOS “Vehicle Radio 1” and “Vehicle Radio 2” appear alongside Crew Comms on the voice wheel. - Every occupant can listen to both radios. - Only the driver, commander and gunners can transmit on the vehicle radios. - Receive-only seats show an “(RX)” label. - Any occupant can adjust the frequencies; changes are shared with the crew. - Tune from 69.0 to 150.0 MHz in 0.5 MHz steps. - Mute individual channels for yourself without affecting other occupants. Vehicle-radio transmission restrictions do not affect the crew intercom—everyone aboard can still use Crew Comms. AUTOMATIC SETUP Board a vehicle and the intercom and vehicle radios become available. Step out and they are removed. The system is character-based, so individual vehicles do not need special configuration. Designed for wheeled vehicles, tracked vehicles, aircraft, boats and modded vehicles. Your regular personal radio and proximity voice remain available. Dismounted players keep their normal communications. No visible radio equipment, extra keybinds or per-vehicle setup. Use the existing voice wheel and radio controls.
