The voted map now carries over when the server restarts. This includes the daily 4am restart, crashes and manual restarts. After a restart the server switches to the voted map within a few seconds. If you join right after a restart you may be disconnected once while the map switches. If the voted map has been renamed or removed, the server stays on the default map. If switching fails twice in a row, the server stays on the default map until the next vote.
