Description from the Workshop

Citizens across the region have been ordered by the Everon Socialist Republic Defense Council to rapidly evacuate "without delay" due to rising conflict between NATO and the Warsaw Pact. Congos Dynamic Lights brings dynamic, configurable lighting to Arma Reforger's buildings, industrial fixtures, and streetlamps. Features include: - Fully functional light switches - Scheduled interior and industrial lights that come on gradually across town - Adjustable on/off hours (streetlamps keep native sunset timing) - Random break chance and House Eligibility, so some fixtures and whole buildings stay dark - Startup flicker on supported lights - Working room light switches, plus desk and standing lamps players can turn on and off - Lights go out when their fixture is damaged - Three distance sliders in Settings > Video to balance light range against frame rate - GM and World Editor Lighting Zones that override hours, break chance, and House Eligibility in an area (streetlamps unaffected) - Multiplayer-ready: the server runs schedules, and clients update lights in small batches to avoid frame drops Optional EGI Dynamic support: lights go dark in blackouts, flicker on unstable grids, and switched-on generators keep nearby lights powered. Server owners can set the default break chance and House Eligibility in $profile:CongosLightCycle/Settings.json.
