Rain optimisation patches , This mod is designed for the purpose of optimising rain to better suit low end pc gamers and console gamers , this mod adjust particle effects and density of heavy rain Further more adjusts clouds and volumetric issues and such with them will soon be working on the god ray particles and lighting that can affect console and low end pc gamers , this mod optimises the weather in order to be less vram intensive and cause less unstable spikes during rain and fog events
