Noctis Update: Noctis M7 and M7GL now spawn with API Magazines. M7 API mag count adjusted to 40 in arsenal humvee. Removed Noctis FMJ mags to keep mag count low for optimisation.(Reduced crashes when accessing Noctis Arsenal Humvee. M14 AP AND IT rounds adjusted using real life specs. Tested, ready for use. M14 AP and IT mags added to Noctis Arsenal Humvee.
