New Update Zombie Infection System If you get bitten, an infection can develop over time. The infection can also spread through coughing, so infected players can become a danger to the people around them. New medical equipment will allow you to: Test yourself for infection before symptoms get worse Treat the infection early and potentially clear it Use suppressants to slow the infection down and buy yourself more time Suppressants are NOT a cure. They only delay the infection. And here’s the scary part... If an infected player dies, their body can come back as a zombie. Zombies Can Now Breach Defenses Zombies are also becoming much more dangerous around buildings and bases. They can now: Break through doors Turn windows into openings they can climb through Break through fences under enough pressure This means hiding inside a building won’t always keep you safe anymore. You’ll have to think more carefully about where you make your stand. SERVER WIPES Also remember that with the way the server is currently being updated, each major update may require a server wipe. Please keep that in mind while the server is still being developed and improved. Come try out the new update and let us know what you think! I’ll post again as soon as the update is officially LIVE. See you in Novka! 💾 **SAVE FIXED!** The save issue has now been **fixed**. Your character should now correctly save the items inside your: * Clothing * Backpack * Vest * Other equipped gear ⚠️ **IMPORTANT WHEN LOGGING IN** When you first join the server, please give the save system around **20 seconds** to fully load your character and inventory. You may not see all of your items immediately, but they should appear once the save data finishes loading. So when you log in, **wait a few seconds before moving items around or thinking anything is missing**. Thanks to everyone who reported the issue and helped us get it fixed! 🔥
