Modifies the volumetric clouds for Arma Reforger. Current build only supports the Cloudy weather state. Clear, Overcast and Rainy weather states all still use vanilla values.

Description from the Workshop

Increased cloud size. Lowers base cloud level. New perlin noise texture. (WIP excpect the occasional visual anomaly) Decreased cloud coverage modifier. (Sparser cloud coverage) Reduced cloud wind speed. (Slower, smoother cloud movement)
