Description from the Workshop

NCM_Common holds the support utilities that several Rebirth submods call into. It exposes faction lookup helpers, spawn-point handling, and the NCM_ESpawnResult enum extension. Nothing in this mod changes gameplay on its own. Required by NCM_TeamBalance, NCM_LoadoutAllowance, and NCM_MCUSystem. If you are subscribed to NCM_ConflictRebirth_Internal you already have it.
