2.1.27: Faster protected body and empty-wreck cleanup, population-aware retention, bounded cleanup diagnostics and FPS-pressure deferral of optional Core AI replenishment. Corrected Mi-1 ambient placement. Unavailable Northcom Recolor dependency and four exact references retired; remaining providers, progression, presets and economy retained. Intact abandoned vehicle cleanup remains disabled. Historical FPS collapses remain under investigation; populated performance improvement is not yet proved.
