Description from the Workshop

Thank you to RiverX for pushing what's possible in Reforger and licensing under APL so I can bring this mod to you as well as the WCS team, which made the hellfire and it's frame work that I've adjusted and modified to bring you a more true to life version of this aircraft and it's weapons. As with all my mods, I'm no programmer at all, 90% vibe coded with Claude Mod recommendations: Better View Distance-There is basically no reason not to run this with this adjustment of the Kiowa, even detrimental not to as minimum engagement distances are basically at max vanilla render ranges, it may be removed as a dependency once the mod is more stable to respect player choice. SHS-Driveby-Being able to shoot an M4 out the side of the Kiowa is a no brainer. This mod aims expand the Kiowa by adding the following features: Added raster effect to MFDs, mimicking LCD screen behaviour and it's resolution (approximate to 640x480). A proper Gunner sight to overcome the PIP rendering limitations. This is why BVD is a dependency, to leverage the true power of the Kiowas munitions and optronics. Close to real life LOBL adjustment will now make it scale it's trajectory dependent on the range to target. LOAL for DIR/LO/HI mode, which overrides the prevalent LOBL behaviour. DCS engagement distances used for reference (+-250 meters, stay well within for accuracy) LOBL-500-8000m DIR-1500-7000m LO-2000-8000m HI-3000-8000m The above are under constant review, until they are more accurate to these values, ensure you are well within these ranges as these don't consider altitude above or below your target. More true to life Hellfire/DAGR velocities, it will now fire the motor for 3/1.1 seconds, reaching a speed of up to mach 1.3/2.2, depending on trajectory, drag was adjusted to stay roughly within 150-250 m/s, or transonic to mach 1.5, during the glide-phase. Guidance mechanics were adjusted to resemble proportional navigation. This will more closely resemble the true flightpath...
