Frontline 1.4.1 - Captured-base service access Player-facing fix - Capturing a COE, US, or USSR base now transfers the usable static logistics and service objects at that base to the new owner. - The existing structures stay in place and stored supplies are preserved. A US or USSR player can therefore use a captured COE supply cache instead of being rejected because the cache still has the technical FIA faction. - The same rule works for every capture and recapture direction, including a base captured from US or USSR and a base later retaken by COE. - Vehicles already requested by players are deliberately not reassigned when the nearby base changes hands. Developer detail - Native supply storage is now registered as a base-owned economy object. - Registration retains the live entity and records whether it follows strategic base ownership. - On registration and after CommitCapture, every FactionAffiliationComponent in each eligible composition hierarchy is set to the strategic owner through the vanilla US, USSR, or FIA key. FIA remains the engine compatibility key; COE is the player-facing name. - A structured captured_base_services_reaffiliated event reports the base, old/new technical owner, COE-aware display owner, eligible object count, and number of faction components changed. - Requested vehicles opt out of ownership following so a capture cannot silently transfer parked player assets. - Runtime identity changes from 1.4.0-server-test to 1.4.1-server-test. Build schema remains 2 and player-profile schema remains 3; no saved-data migration is required. Verification state - Source/static validation passed and all three Workbench packages compiled without Community Hub script errors. - Dedicated-server deployment, startup, service, port, sector, terminal, and native-storage registration checks passed on September 4, 2026. - Final acceptance requires a multiplayer capture test in both directions: capture a COE base as US or USSR, use its supply/service objects, then recapture and verify access changes again without deleting its stored supplies.
