Description from the Workshop

Adds extra occupied houses to COE2 AOs, with a chance of finding restrained civilians inside. Also works with the main AOs generated by CPO Frontline PvE. FEATURES - Requests 1-2 additional non-objective buildings per AO by default. - Defenders start at supported indoor ROLE_SCOUT positions. - Soldiers are drawn from the same enemy-faction small-group catalog used by normal COE2 house defenders, sampling its configured unit members individually to keep the addon AI cap predictable. - Restrained civilians are optional. Default civilian_counts: [0, 1, 2] gives an equal chance of requesting zero, one or two civilians per occupied house. Repeated entries weight the result: [0, 0, 1, 2] makes zero more likely. - Uses ACE Captives for restraints. - Player-caused civilian deaths use CPO Frontline's existing public-support rules when Frontline support is enabled. No duplicate penalty or independent support system is added. - Server-side spawning, bounded AI counts and normal AO cleanup. SERVER CONFIGURATION On the first generated AO, defaults are created at: $profile:COE2BuildingPresence/config.json Edit this separate JSON file on your server. It controls building count, defenders per building, total addon AI caps, civilian_counts, spacing and debug logging. Settings are read for each new AO; an existing AO is unchanged. Client-side JSON does not control spawns. Example civilian settings: "civilian_counts": [0, 1, 2] "civilian_counts": [0, 0, 1, 2] "civilian_counts": [2] Use one civilian_counts setting in your JSON. An empty array or [0] disables prisoner requests. Counts are requests: unavailable floor space, unsupported buildings, disabled scenario civilians or exhausted AI caps can reduce actual spawns. COMPATIBILITY Requires COE2, Kex Scenario Core and ACE Captives Dev with their dependencies. CPO Frontline is optional. No RHS requirement; enemy and civilian choices follow the scenario's configured factions. No mission/world edits are required. This affects main C...
