Version 0.2.0 - Fixed the script-module integration that could make Reforger's chat manager unavailable when version 0.1.0 was loaded. - Added a Windows PC localhost bridge for the separate push-to-talk Nine-Line Voice Companion. - Added natural spoken MEDEVAC/CAS parsing, offline speech recognition, and audible offline text-to-speech replies. - Added the paper-protocol call-up: "Break, break, break," AI acknowledgment, and "Nine line is as follows." - Added the documented Alpha/Bravo/Charlie/Delta, Lima, November, Papa, Echo, and X-Ray meanings for MEDEVAC lines 3-9. - Added "How copy?" readback, "Belay that" correction, "Fly for flight" confirmation, single-active-call discipline, and the "FALLEN ANGEL" safety call. - Paper-format lines 1-5 submit once at "How copy?" for readback; "Fly for flight" is a separate dispatch action, followed by lines 6-9 while en route. Legacy complete nine-lines remain accepted. - Added automatic faction ambulance, crew, road routing, progress calls, return, and safe cleanup for stock US/USSR scenarios. - Fixed dynamically spawned response crews being disabled at maximum AI LOD when staged outside the player's normal relevance range; the ambulance now starts, drives, and reaches the pickup site. - Progress and arrival checks now use the ambulance's actual position instead of an invalid vehicle-mounted group center. - Spoken line choices are retained as structured request values and used for per-line acknowledgments, Belay corrections, exact readback, and status revision tracking; raw microphone audio is not stored. - Clarified that listed frequencies are training examples and are not enforced game channels. - Clarified that automatic fallback dispatch is a ground ambulance; no helicopter is spawned unless a mission configures one. - Preserved NR9_DispatchManagerComponent as the custom-mission override. - Retained /9line chat fallback and server-authoritative validation/rate limiting. - CAS remains human-authorized and never issues an attack or weapons release.

Description from the Workshop

Nine-Line Radio AI is a server-authoritative radio desk for MEDEVAC and CAS nine-line calls in Arma Reforger. WINDOWS PC VOICE WORKFLOW - Hold F9, speak naturally, then release - Offline speech recognition converts the call into validated commands - The game records the normalized value and selected code for each line in the active request; AI acknowledgments and readbacks use those recorded choices - LIFELINE/HAWG replies are spoken through offline Windows text-to-speech - Paper call-up: "Break, break, break. [call sign] calling for a nine line." - Wait for the AI acknowledgment, then say "Nine line is as follows." - Say "How copy?" for readback, "Belay that" before a correction, and "Fly for flight" after the correct readback; the paper flight does not take off until that phrase - After "Fly for flight," send lines 6-9 and the general-area/incoming-fire situation while the responder is en route - Do not start another nine-line while one is in progress The public Reforger addon API does not expose VoN microphone audio or transcripts. Voice therefore requires the separate Windows Nine-Line Voice Companion running locally on 127.0.0.1. It stores no audio, uses no cloud service, and needs no API key. The companion must be installed separately; the Workshop addon cannot launch Windows programs. Consoles and PCs without the companion can use the /9line chat fallback. TEXT COMMANDS /9line help /9line medevac /9line cas /9line 1 <value> through /9line 9 <value> /9line submit /9line confirm /9line status /9line cancel /9line complete FEATURES - Automatic acknowledgment, correction prompts, validation, readback, and status - Server-authoritative state, RPC validation, and radio-traffic rate limits - Powered-radio and living-caller checks - Automatic US/USSR ground ambulance, driver, road routing, return, and safe cleanup in stock scenarios - Optional mission-configured response group overrides automatic spawning - Response crews stay active outside the player's normal A...
