EXCLUSIVE OWNERSHIP AND USE All custom modifications, scripts, 3D models, textures, audio files, assets, and any related code (collectively referred to as the "Mods") created for, provided by, or utilized by "El Norte Life" are the exclusive intellectual property of the El Norte Life administration and development team. These Mods are developed and licensed STRICTLY AND EXCLUSIVELY for use on the official El Norte Life server. 2. PROHIBITED ACTIONS No explicit or implicit license is granted to any third party. Under no circumstances is any individual, group, community, or competing server authorized to: Reproduce, redistribute, or re-upload the Mods to any public or private repository, forum, or website. Use, host, or execute the Mods on any other server or platform outside of the official El Norte Life infrastructure. Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on these Mods. Claim ownership or authorship of any part of these files. 3. NO AUTHORIZATION FOR THIRD-PARTY SERVERS No other server is granted permission to utilize these assets. Any unauthorized presence, execution, or distribution of these Mods on third-party servers constitutes a direct violation of this agreement and an infringement of intellectual property rights. 4. ENFORCEMENT AND LIABILITY The administration of El Norte Life reserves the right to protect its intellectual property through all available avenues. This includes, but is not limited to, issuing DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) takedown notices to server hosts and platform providers, and pursuing further legal action against individuals or entities found in violation of this exclusive license.
