Description from the Workshop

MSAR (Military Supply Allocation by Rank) is meant to cap how much gear your rank lets you take. In vanilla it drifts: the counter and the save check are two separate systems that never agree, so the widget shows free points while the arsenal refuses to save your loadout. - The limit becomes a straight rule: available = your rank limit minus the value of everything you are actually carrying. One formula, so the purchase check and the save check can no longer disagree - The limit comes back in full the moment an item leaves you - Fixes a vanilla counting bug where nested items were counted several times over, which quietly ate your limit - Disposable launchers (Igla, Stinger, M72A3, RPG-22) handed in already fired give no supplies back - and no limit back either, for the rest of that life. No more take, fire, sell, repeat - Dying resets it: you respawn with a clean limit Made for the VPP server. Discord: https://discord.vp-project.xyz
