Description from the Workshop

CROWN Core provides the shared runtime used by the public CROWN meta-addon. It contains governance, execution budgets, fairness, scheduling, telemetry, circuit breakers and the central module registry. It does not replace individual optimizers and performs no global entity scanning. Install CROWN, the public root package, to resolve the complete proven suite automatically. CROWN Core is also available for bridge and integration dependencies. Included suite: AllOptimizer, Interior Prop Optimizer, Server Auto Wipe, Virtual Inventory Optimizer and their CROWN bridges.
