Description from the Workshop

I suggest using this with my "USSR to African Military (Lite)" mod. This was designed to be used with the Mogadishu Somalia map but it should also be a good fit for other African and Africa-style maps. Most of the spoken dialogue is in place. The command statements are almost finished, so playing as somali side and commanding AI is (mostly) possible.
