Description from the Workshop

RRG Fast Travel implements teleportation mechanics between dynamic and static locations. Features : - Decoupled registration : Destinations register dynamically with a central manager. - Mobile HQs : Vehicles must deploy stationary to act as travel targets. - Submergence safety : Vehicles automatically get destroyed if submerged underwater. - Gated requests : Controls spam via cooldown timers and validation.
