Description from the Workshop

PLG Dynamic War Balancer monitors faction strength in classic Conflict and provides limited assistance when an imbalance persists. The system considers player counts, controlled objectives, and faction experience. Assistance uses a shared budget, spending limits, and cooldowns. Features: - Faction XP tracking — monitors total experience, average XP, and XP gain rates. - Supply assistance — emergency supplies for existing bases and faster replenishment where automatic supply generation is already enabled. - Logistics bonuses — rewards player deliveries to bases holding both fewer than 200 supplies and less than 20% of their capacity. - Infantry support — subsidizes basic respawns and slightly reduces the standard respawn wait after being killed by an enemy player. - Recruitment incentives — displays an offer when selecting a supported faction. By default, recruits receive 3 basic respawns with a 50% subsidy, capped at 50 supplies each and valid for 30 minutes. - Faction alerts — highlights urgent defense and supply needs to members of the affected faction. Assistance can activate once at least 115 players are assigned to factions, provided the imbalance and timing requirements are met. Administrators can configure thresholds, budgets, and bonuses. An optional starting rank bonus is disabled by default. Built-in diagnostics record faction statistics and assistance events in the server console under the [PLG DWB] prefix. Designed for classic Conflict (Legacy). The mod supports players and existing bases without spawning AI, vehicles, or buildings. Budgets and recruitment packages apply to the current scenario session.
