Description from the Workshop

"If you can hear my voice, you're the right kind of trouble." Deep in the pines of Everon, far from the polished boots of the Soviet or US high command, sits a man with a patched-up transmitter and a story to tell. Cappy Ledbetter doesn't care about your rank or your flag—he cares about the truth. 99.9 Revolution Radio is the only station on the dial that talks back to the powers that be. Expect a mix of Delta blues, outlaw country, and 80s rock, all interspersed with Cappy’s signature "Frontline Observations." He’s a man who sounds like he’s chewing on a tobacco plug while cleaning a rifle, and he’s got no time for "official" reports. Features: The Voice of the Hills: Custom voice for Cappy Ledbetter—expect a thick Southern drawl, a raspy laugh, and plenty of "Cappy-isms." The Outlaw Playlist: A hand-picked selection of tracks that feel right at home in a muddy trench or a hidden camp. Guerrilla Radio Aesthetic: High-fidelity audio processing that gives the broadcast a "field-radio" feel, complete with authentic 80s-era static and signal drift. How to Listen: Scavenge a radio or hop in a Jeep and tune your dial to 99.9 FM. If the signal gets fuzzy, just kick the dashboard. "This is Cappy Ledbetter on the Triple Nine. I see 'em movin' in the valley, boys. Keep your eyes peeled and your heart steady. We ain't done yet." Created for the WARGAMERS Freedom Fighters Server - dsc.gg/wargamers Anyone is welcome to use it :) The DJ References might not make sense on other servers, if I get enough demand I might release a DJ free version. Absolutley not copyright-free.
