Medevac AH-6M Littlebird 80 supplies virtual medical arsenal 2 patient beds with load/unload NOTE: IF YOU ARE USING ACE MEDICAL, IT WILL PREVENT YOU FROM FULL HEALING UNLESS YOU USE AN AMBULANCE OR A FIELD HOSPITAL. The server owner needs to override {A305FEB7400A2965}Configs/ACE/Settings.conf and change Medical Kit Max Heal Scaled from 0.5 to 1.0 Otherwise you will not be able to heal minor injuries at the medevac heli, only at ambulances and field hospitals.
